OUR STORY
In 1998 Steve Bell started a small residential lawn care business under the name “Custom Lawn Care”. Over the next few years Steve started to service more commercial lawn accounts and in 2005 he got his first commercial snow removal contract. In 2009 Steve sold his residential mowing business and changed the business name to Seasonal Management to emphasize the commercial client focus of the business.

In 2019 Steve’s son, David, bought the company and has continued to run the business with a focus on commercial lawn care and snow removal. Today Seasonal Management services over 20 commercial properties ranging from small office buildings to 5+ acre shopping centers.

DAVID BELL
Owner
Growing up in the family business and working with his dad, David learned to run lawn mowers and other equipment at the age of 6! Through high school he continued to learn and work in the business. In 2019 he bought the business from his father and in 2020 he married Nicole and she became his landscape designer.
David enjoys running any kind of equipment and managing a job from start to finish. In his free time David enjoys hunting, fishing, water sports and serving at his local Church.
JAMES MEEKER
In the summer James oversees the lawn mowing and landscaping and in the winter months he is a zone manager, overseeing half of all the snow removal operations. James is from Grundy Center, IA and in his free time likes to ride motorcycles, go fishing and anything else that allows him to be outside!
